International: 1-4 Months
We offer 2 types of shipping
1. Untracked (Flat letter)
.: FLAT items only
(International order - Maximum 10 flat items due to thickness restriction)
.: Cannot see the shipping progress
.: We WILL NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders
2. Tracked (Letter/ Parcel)
.: Will be automatically chosen for International order if it contains NON-FLAT item
.: Can be chosen for orders with only FLAT items
.: Able to see the shipping status
Prices include shipping fee + cost of packing materials, we don't earn anything from shipping.
We may be able to change your items if your order hasn't been packed yet and if the items you want are in stock. Exchange of items before shipping requires AUD$3 processing fee and NO EXCHANGE if the order is packed.
If your order is returned due to reasons such as wrong address, we will require re-payment of shipping fee if you want it to be reshipped.
If you want a refund, we will refund the full amount minus the shipping fee + AUD$2 processing fee.
Please note customers will have longer waiting time if their order has been returned and resent.
We WILL NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders.
For TRACKED orders, we will offer refund (-shipping fee) if the order is lost
- Please understand that as we are a small business, we cannot offer replace/ resend for lost order due to limited inventories
- Lost order = Not delivered or no status update after 5+ months
- We are not responsible for orders lost after states says delivered
- No refunds are available 6 months after the order has been marked as completed.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations. All products are checked carefully before dispatch. Also, we do NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders. More info on shipping refer to Q+A above.
Please note that prices on website are in AUD by default. Final payment value will depend on the currency exchange rate.
